The ‘customer success’ part of her title means helping subscribers easily find and use our content, and making sure that systems work smoothly.
As platform coordinator, Lizzie continually updates the Write Online content library, keeps it current and running well, and publishes a steady stream of new videos. She also works with Write’s content creators on video commissioning and production.
