Accounts Administrator
Les is our accounts administrator and a key member of our logistics and admin team. He handles inbound and outbound invoices and everything else related to payments. He thrives on making sure our accounting processes happen on time. He loves to get the details right.
Les works closely with our relationship managers to customise our invoicing process to each client’s needs. He prefers a personal touch — he says that ‘to us, customers are never just numbers’. Les will answer any queries you have about invoices and make sure everything’s shipshape.
Les knows exactly how much information to include when explaining accounting processes. He likes to think of this as the financial version of plain language, helping non-accountants to understand the ins and outs.
