Julie is the first friendly face you’ll see when you come into our office, and the reassuring voice you’ll hear over the phone.

In her role she helps keep the wheels turning at Write. She does everything, from supporting clients and staff to organising training resources, managing supplies, and filling orders. If you’ve ever received workshop materials on paper or online, Julie will have handled it all.

Julie cares about everyone’s needs and wants to make clients feel comfortable, safe, and looked after. She’s super organised and makes sure everything is sorted out and ready to go in no time.

Her background in visual design and front-of-house roles has honed her creative eye for detail, adding to her exceptional organisation skills.

Loving clear communication

Plain language is important to Julie after experiencing her own troubles with overly complex documents. She’s eager for more organisations to adopt the plain language style.

It’s important that everyone can access and understand information, regardless of their background, education, or current situation.
