We’re on the All-of-Government Consultancy Services Panel and Web Services Panel.
We have clients in New Zealand, Australia, Canada, the US, and around the world.
Five of the team describe themselves as ‘committed cyclists’; ten are dog owners; six have never seen Star Wars.
Seven numbers on the work we do
In an average year, we deliver:
400 in-house workshops — a total of 5,000 participants — for 90 organisations
100 open workshops — a total of 800 participants — on 30 topics, from the essentials of business writing, to how to give colleagues feedback on their writing
250 document projects — from creating and editing emails, letters, reports, and proposals, to structuring and writing website content.
Three achievements we’re particularly proud of
Our significant role in helping the WriteMark Plain English Awards Trust bring plain language into common use in New Zealand.
Lynda Harris, Write’s CEO, winning the Christine Mowat Plain Language Achievement Award in 2015. Each year the award recognises an exceptional contribution to advancing plain language at local, national, and international levels.
The number of insurance policies that now carry the WriteMark (featuring in the Tower Insurance ad was pretty exciting too).
